China Intellectual Property Office Announcement No. 462

In order to standardize the trademark examination and trial procedures, to protect the unified application of law and the consistent implementation of standards in all aspects of trademark examination and trial, the State Intellectual Property Office decided to develop the "Trademark Examination and Trial Guide", is hereby released, effective January 1, 2022, the original "trademark examination and trial standards" at the same time abolished.
