A. How to receive the electronic trademark registration certificate
1. Login to the State Intellectual Property Office Registration Certificate Public Notice System (http://wsgs.sbj.cnipa.gov.cn:9080/tmpu/)
2. Click "Receive electronic trademark registration certificate"
3. Enter the registration number and extraction code in the "Notice of Receipt of Trademark Registration" sent by the State Intellectual Property Office, and you can download the electronic trademark registration certificate.
How to check the electronic trademark registration certificate
1. Login to the State Intellectual Property Office Registration Certificate Public Notice System (http://wsgs.sbj.cnipa.gov.cn:9080/tmpu/)
2. Take the trademark "SNAPTUBE" that Chiram has represented as an example.
Select "trademark registration certificate" in the type of supporting documents in the search criteria, and enter "SNAPTUBE" as the trademark name, then you can see all the trademark registration certificates containing "Chiram".
3. Click to view the document to see the specific information of the trademark, including whether the trademark registration certificate is currently valid, the trademark number, the name of the registrant, the address, the item of goods, etc.
